THE BUYER HAS THE RIGHT TO NOTIFY THE MERCHANT IN WRITING TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE, WITHOUT PENALTIES AND WITHOUT GIVING A REASON, WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer. To exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, you must inform us in writing, by completing the Return Form and sending it to our e-mail address contact@axaporcelaine.ro

Refunds will be made no later than 30 days from the date of acceptance of the return by our company!

In order to accept the return of the products, they must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you (have the original labels, not be worn or damaged, the integrity of the accompanying documents). The parcel must also contain the Return Form filled in with all the information required by the customer.

The buyer can opt to replace the returned product with another available in stock. If you want to replace the returned product with another product available in stock, the delivery costs will be borne by you, as the customer. Replacement with a product with a higher value requires payment of the difference by refund upon receipt of the package.

Reimbursement of the value of the returned product will be made within 30 calendar days at most by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the Return Form. If you received a product other than the one you ordered or a product with defects, contact us within 72 hours to complain about this situation and we will ensure that the product is replaced with a new product or the money refunded.

For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse their receipt specifying this reason in writing.

Products delivered wrongly

If you received a different product than the one you ordered, please report this as soon as possible to return the product and be replaced with the correct one. The return and shipping costs for the replacement product will be borne by our company in this case.
